Proposals: build templates and send for e-signature

Set your brand once, lay out the page your way, attach your docs and get the job signed online.

Stop rebuilding the same quote letter in Word. Set your brand kit once, build a template for each scope you quote, and send it as a link your client can sign.

In this video you'll learn how to:

  • Start a new proposal from your default template, your own templates or a ready-made design
  • Set your brand kit: main color, accent and fonts on every proposal
  • Add blocks for cover, scope, inclusions, exclusions, price, terms and acceptance
  • Lay out the page your way: drag pictures, shapes, stat tiles and galleries anywhere
  • Attach your contract, insurance, WCB letter and site photos to the client PDF
  • Send it by email and get it accepted and signed online, with notes back on the bid

One template per scope means every quote goes out looking the same, with your logo and your terms. Attachments always land at the back of the client PDF.

Your client opens the link, downloads the PDF, and accepts and signs right there. If they have a question, they leave a note and it shows up on the bid.
